Refund policy

Short version: bundled wallet balance is refundable. Subscriptions aren't, but you can cancel any time to stop the next charge. Below is the rule for each line item.

Free trial credit

Not refundable. It's free. The $5 expires 7 days after signup.

Bundled wallet (prepaid minutes)

• Unused balance: refundable on request to billing@callfunnel.ai, less any payment-processor charges already incurred (typically 2-3% — we pass these through at cost).
• Refund route: the original payment method, processed within 7-10 business days.
• Promotional credits (anything beyond the trial $5 and your own top-ups) are not refundable; they expire on account closure.

BYOK ($150 / ₹10,000 per month)

• Monthly subscription is non-refundable for the current period.
• You can cancel any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Annual plans (Starter $250/yr): prorated refund within the first 14 days of the annual term. After 14 days, non-refundable.

Number provisioning fees

When we provision a number on your behalf (bundled tier), the provider charges us a monthly rental (≈ $1.15 for US Twilio local, ≈ ₹1000 for Exotel). We absorb this into the per-minute rate today, so there's no separate refund. When we release a number, it goes back to the provider's pool.

Disputed charges

If a charge looks wrong — wallet top-up double-debited, subscription billed twice, etc. — email billing@callfunnel.ai with the date + amount + payment-provider transaction id. We'll investigate within 48 hours.

Do not initiate a chargeback before contacting us — chargebacks cost both of us. If we can't resolve the dispute in 14 days, then a chargeback is reasonable.

Account suspension / termination by us

• If we suspend you for prohibited use (per the Terms): no refund of subscription; wallet balance refunded.
• If we suspend you for non-payment: refund follows normal rules above.
• If we terminate the entire service: prorated refund of any active subscription + full wallet balance.

Tax

Refunds are processed gross of GST / sales tax where the tax was paid to a tax authority and is not recoverable. Otherwise net.
