Which plan should I pick?

If you already have a serious Anthropic + Twilio (or Exotel) bill and you want everything consolidated on your existing contracts, pick BYOK. If you'd rather not deal with any provider accounts and want a single per-minute number to budget against, pick All-Inclusive. You can switch between the two any time — your workflows, knowledge bank, and customer timeline come with you.

What does the per-minute rate actually include?

On All-Inclusive, ₹9$0.10 per minute is rounded up to the next minute and covers everything that happens inside the call: the telephony leg, the Claude tokens that drove the turn, the speech-to-text seconds that transcribed it, and the text-to-speech that voiced the reply. No surcharge for inbound vs outbound, for personas, or for knowledge-bank lookups.

What happens when my wallet hits zero?

New outbound calls stop. Calls already in flight finish normally — we don't drop a customer mid-sentence. Auto-recharge tops you up automatically if you've turned it on; otherwise add credit and the meter resumes.

Is there a trial?

Yes. Every signup gets ₹450$5 of wallet credit — roughly 50 minutes of real voice on the All-Inclusive rate. No card, no time limit beyond using the credit up. The phone-verify step keeps abuse manageable.

Which currency do I get billed in?

We bill in INR for India and USD for everywhere else, decided from your IP at signup. The currency on the pricing page above is set the same way — switch with the toggle if you want to see the other one.

Refunds?

Trial credit isn't refundable — it cost you nothing. Topped-up wallet balance is refundable in full minus the original payment-gateway fee (~2–3%) within 30 days. See the refund policy for the small print.

Compliance, data residency, audit?

Built in on both plans. India data stays in Mumbai, US data stays in us-east. DPDP, TCPA scaffolding, per-tenant audit logs, DSR export / erase under 30 seconds. See the trust page.
